This group is for adults living with anxiety who would like to understand their experience more deeply, and explore it with greater awareness, support, and self-regulation.
The group offers a confidential, judgment-free space to share your experience, be seen, and connect with others. Through conversation, reflection, body awareness, breathing, grounding, and experiential exercises, we explore anxiety as part of a wider process of understanding yourself and finding new ways of responding.
In this group, body psychotherapy pays attention to the connection between thoughts, emotions, relationships, and bodily experience, such as breath, tension, sensation, and movement.
Participation is voluntary and guided by choice, respect, and sensitivity to each participant's pace and boundaries.
